Acceptance of terms

Welcome to US Hip Logistic. These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and US Hip Logistic ("US Hip Logistic," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of ushiplogistic.com and any related quoting, booking, or tracking tools (together, the "Services").

By visiting the site, requesting a quote, submitting a shipment, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

SEC‑02

Definitions

To keep these Terms readable, a few terms are used consistently throughout:

  • "Shipper" or "you" means the individual or business requesting, booking, or paying for transportation or logistics services through the site.
  • "Shipment" means the freight, cargo, or goods tendered for transportation, storage, or handling under these Terms.
  • "Carrier partner" means a third-party trucking, ocean, air, or rail provider we engage to move a Shipment.
  • "Content" means text, graphics, logos, rate data, and other material made available through the site.
SEC‑03

Our services

US Hip Logistic arranges and provides ground (full and less-than-truckload), ocean, and air freight transportation, along with warehousing, distribution, and freight brokerage services within the United States. Depending on the mode and lane, a Shipment may be carried directly by US Hip Logistic or handed off to a licensed Carrier partner.

We aim to keep service descriptions, capacity, and coverage information on this site accurate and current, but availability, transit times, and pricing can change without notice due to factors outside our control, including weather, fuel costs, and carrier capacity.

SEC‑04

Quotes & bookings

Rate quotes provided through the site, by phone, or by email are estimates based on the information you supply and are not binding until confirmed in writing by US Hip Logistic. Final charges may differ if the actual weight, dimensions, class, origin, destination, or accessorial services differ from what was quoted.

A booking is confirmed only once you receive a written rate confirmation or bill of lading from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking, including where capacity is unavailable, the cargo falls outside our accepted commodities, or required documentation is incomplete.

SEC‑05

Shipment information

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide about a Shipment, including weight, dimensions, freight class, commodity description, and special handling requirements. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in reweigh and reclassification charges, delayed pickup or delivery, or refusal of the Shipment.

Please note: proper packaging, labeling, and securement of freight remain the Shipper's responsibility unless a specific packing or crating service has been separately agreed in writing.
SEC‑06

Pricing & payment

Invoices are issued according to the payment terms confirmed at booking. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may accrue interest and additional collection costs to the extent permitted by law, and we may place a lien on freight in our possession or control for unpaid charges, consistent with applicable carrier lien law.

Additional charges — such as detention, layover, storage, reweigh, redelivery, or accessorial fees — may apply where the actual pickup, delivery, or handling conditions differ from what was quoted.

SEC‑07

Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent shipment or payment information.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our site, tracking systems, or servers.
  • Use automated tools to scrape rates, tracking data, or other content without our written permission.
  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of federal, state, or local transportation regulations.
SEC‑08

Prohibited items

Unless a Shipment has been specifically accepted in writing under our hazardous materials or specialized-commodity program, we do not transport:

  • Illegal substances, contraband, or counterfeit goods.
  • Undeclared hazardous materials, explosives, or radioactive substances.
  • Live animals, unless arranged through a dedicated livestock service.
  • Currency, precious metals, or items requiring armed or specialized security transport.

Tendering a prohibited item without disclosure may result in refusal of the Shipment, forfeiture of freight charges, and liability for any resulting costs, fines, or damages.

SEC‑09

Intellectual property

The US Hip Logistic name, logo, and all site Content — including text, graphics, and the site's design and layout — are owned by US Hip Logistic or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the site for your own shipping needs, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from the Content without our prior written consent.

SEC‑11

Disclaimers

The site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Estimated transit times, tracking updates, and rate calculators are provided for planning purposes and are not guarantees of a specific delivery date or final cost. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

SEC‑12

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, US Hip Logistic's liability for loss, damage, or delay to a Shipment is limited according to the released valuation and terms stated on the applicable bill of lading or service agreement, and in no case will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from use of the site or the Services.

SEC‑13

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold US Hip Logistic, its officers, employees, and Carrier partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, inaccurate shipment information, or tender of a prohibited or misdeclared item.

SEC‑14

Termination of access

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to US Hip Logistic, other users, or our Carrier partners. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including payment obligations, intellectual property, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

SEC‑15

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which US Hip Logistic is registered to do business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Interstate transportation services are additionally subject to applicable federal transportation law and regulation.

SEC‑16

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements. The revised Terms take effect as soon as they are posted to this page, and continued use of the site or Services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
